In the spring of 2022, SGG moved into its new corporate headquarters in Baoshan District, Shanghai. There are more than 15,000 sqm of showcase space available in the company-owned 12-storey building. In addition to SGG's entire administrative unit, its sales arms DAP (Shanghai), PFAFF Industrial Equipment (Shanghai) and Shanghai Butterfly will also operate from this location, which are tasked with the sales of brands like Dürkopp Adler, PFAFF Industrial, KSL, and Mauser Spezial as well as Butterfly (household sewing machines) in China and Southeast Asia.

At present, the newly-built showroom (at the ground floor) covering an area of 1,100 sqm. has been put into use, and has held more than 100 sewing and welding solutions., A good many exhibits, having been shown at the latest version of CISMA, will be displayed here for good.

Facilities including "PFAFF & KSL Manufacturing Workshop" (PFAFF Industrial Equipment), "Butterfly Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop" (from cutting to packaging), "Spare Parts & Service Center" and "R&D Center" will be established in the 3 additional storeys.
