To make sure overseas exhibitors and visitors can enter the exhibition halls smoothly during move-in period and the high time of the event, the organizer of CISMA2023 hereby publishes the latest check-in procedures drawn up under the instruction of relevant agencies. Please pay close attention to requirements herein.

1.      Hall Entrance

There will be three check-in points at the southern, northern and eastern entrances of Shanghai New Int’l Expo Center. Please line up and enter in an orderly manner.

2.      Badges

Only those who have already completed online pre-registration can collect badges, anyone without ID card, pre-registration confirmation, or real-name verification will be denied entry.

To collect their badges at the dedicated counter, overseas visitors having already finished pre-registration shall take the original of their passport, or pass for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriot (photo or scan copy will not be accepted) together with their pre-registration confirmation letter.

*Note: all the visitors shall register with real name and genuine information, and take the original of your passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriot pass with you.

3.      Entry Flowchart

Overseas visitors (those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan included) shall go through the following processes before entering, ID document check, print badges, facial recognition, badge certification. Please head to the dedicated information counter for overseas visitors, and handle the above-mentioned processes there.
